Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting & Sales Enablement Associate

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, Market Research & Analysis
  • Develop a detailed understanding Psiog’s offerings & map them to target markets / industries
  • Build & optimize lists of prospects for Psiog in the context of Markets, offerings & segments
  • Work closely with Sales in ensuring identified prospects move through every stage of the funnel
  • Work with Psiog Leadership & cross functional teams in conceptualizing & building new Service offerings
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Communication / Content Creation
  • Own & manage content on all of Psiog’s external interfaces end to end - Website, cross-channel campaigns, Case Studies, White papers, blogs etc.
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the expectations of the target audienceby translating experiential technical information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including analyst reports, industry insights & blogs
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Outbound Campaign Management
  • Work with Psiog Leadership & cross functional teams planning marketing programs focused on specific service offerings that facilitate lead generation
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communication and messaging across all channels
  • Prepare marketing activity reports that track metrics for measuring program success covering campaign results, reception trends etc. and factor learnings to optimize future efforts
  • Gather customer and market insights to reform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with above average grades
  • 1-3 Years experience in a role executing prospecting, research, executing marketing campaigns & lead generation
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Research oriented mindset with an eye for detail and patience / interest to go through engaging analyst & industry reports to build knowledge base
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel)
