Job Description

Required Experience:

  • 1-4 years of experience working in ServiceNow or related ticketing tools.
  • Experience working in Linux, System Administration, Server administration (Windows or Linux), Network Administration.
  • Must have involved ininfrastructure- related support including network, databases, and their periodic maintenance and upgrades.
  • Providing solutions and maintaining the knowledge base internal/Client base issue.
  • Must be capable of handlingCustomer interactions, Escalation Matrix, Vendor coordination, Coordination with Global technical teams, daily reporting of pending issues, etc.
  • Capability to perform Performance analysis, troubleshooting andRemediation
  • Basic understanding of the cloud ecosystem and leading-edge cloud emergingTechnologies
  • Experience inProduction Support - Monitors ticket queue, responds to daily system events, troubleshoots, to follows established SLAs, procedures, process & Manage.
  • Ability to perform regular system maintenance, software installation, and maintenance as requested.
  • Develop test protocols or plan for testing revised application and review test results.
  • Has been involved in the automation of administration activities.

Skills required:

  • Basic/experience in :ITIL Process , ITSM Process, Scripting experience in the likes of Unix shell scripting, Windows PowerShell scripting, Knowledge of administration of web servers such as IIS on Windows or Apache on Linux
  • Preferred skills: Knowledge of Java Scripting, HTML/CSS, and related frameworks is a plus
  • ITIL Process Implementation and Service Improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on and knowledge of Remote server administration, VMware, etc.
  • Implementing & managing enterprise wide systems and network monitoring solutions.
  • Strong communication in English, both oral and written is required.
  • Strong Analytical, time management, and organizational co-ordination skill


A minimum of an Under-Graduate degree in computer sciences or related fields or advanced university degree in same/similar fields.
